Dedicated Engine Parts Cleaning and FPI Line – FinnSonic Halo aeromatic

FinnSonic is pleased to announce the launch of our automated dedicated FinnSonic HALO AEROMATIC Aircraft Engine Cleaning and FPI Line.

Efficient, cost-effective cleaning and FPI of Aero Engine parts following the highest environmental and health and safety (EHS) standards, has always been an industry challenge. The answer to this challenge is a new state-of-the-art development from FinnSonic.

Jukka Rantanen, CEO of FinnSonic commented: “Working with our aviation experts, we identified key requirements for new equipment. A high degree of automation was ranked very high in order to compensate for labour shortages. Sustainability, environmentally friendly and safe to operate were equally high on the agenda. We used these inputs and created HALO Aeromatic a fully Automated Cleaning and FPI System for aero engine parts”.

The automated system will reduce processing times by 35 %*. The state-of-the-art automation not only allows to deploy operators for other tasks, it also supports the reduction of energy and consumables consumption by 28 %* on average.

Major Engine OEMs as well as Commercial MROs are using the FinnSonic Aeromatic Solutions around the world.
